Since the Spring 2009, GRIP actively participates to an international network in the framework of the COST European Program (see: www.cost.esf.org) which allows to organize seminars and conferences for the next 4 years on the following issue: "New Challenges of Peacekeeping and the European Union's Role in Multilateral Crisis Management". This COST Action, called EU-PAX, is chaired by Xavier Zeebroek, deputy director of GRIP. The aim is to contribute, through exchange and reflection between European researchers and experts, to the elaboration of a European vision towards peace operations. Therefore, GRIP has set up a network of 20 institutes from 15 countries.
