Abstract

The Iranian nuclear program is at the heart of the international community concerns. The lack of cooperation of Tehran with the International atomic energy agency created a situation in which exports towards Iran are strictly checked especially in regard to dual-use goods, which can be used for civil and military purposes. Belgium adopted a strong control policy on these goods. Nevertheless, sensitive materials regularly continue to be illegally exported to Iran from Belgium but also from other western states.

Key words : dual-use goods, nuclear, Belgium, Iran, exports, controls.
